I liked everything, but most of all the staff -- they were GREAT! They helped in every way possible. Please let them know how great they were.

The Manager on Duty was great and very helpful, but the girls that helped us set up were just incredible they were proactive in asking us what they could do to help and then did it. They went well above and beyond to help us and I wish I would of written their names down, but kudos to the entire staff.

We will definitely be scheduling other events there in near future.

For my party, I needed someone else to handle all the details.

It was so easy!!! Every thing was taken care of -- including cake and goody bags. It saved me tons of time and I was able to relax, enjoy and watch my son enjoy his party as well.

Anwar was fantastic!!! He was very attentive and took care of everything. The additional desk staff was very helpful in watching for a late guest to arrive and notifying us.

My son thought it was the best party he ever had. All of the guests had a ton of fun and I got to enjoy and get to know the guests as well. We'd do it again!!!

Our Party Host Asenai was attentive, funny and did well with the kids. He didn't let me do anything which doesn't happen often. He was everywhere and on it!!

Our party host was amazing. She coordinated everything and we did not have to worry at all.

My 5 year old nephew came with us to the party and he was sad when the game ended and wanted to play more laser tag. We were trying to cut the cake and sing and he was crying. Your manager at the time came and took him to play video games to make him happy which made us able to enjoy cake with our son. It was great!

It was so well organized clean and christopher was so very polite and interested in our party. Other party places we have been the employees act like they wish they were somewhere else.

I never felt like this - everyone was fully engaged in making this a positive experience and put the children ahead of the adults. I liked that very much. Christopher even seemed interested in the gifts my son recieved and complemented our cakes appearance.

My son attended a party recently at Shadow Land and it was dirty and the employees were rude and did not help the mother of the party boy. I was worried about having a similar expereince. this party was wonderful- thank you all so much!

I don't remember who the managers and the game master were but all three were absolutely outstanding. They were very accommodating and made the event a lot of fun for all of us.

This was our most successful office morale event in some time. With the exception of two people who had to leave for work related reasons everyone stayed to the very end which rarely happens. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I

You offer the complete package, from the first phone call to schedule the original date to the final emails the day before the party. Everything was very well planned.

You have a very capable staff on site as well as reservations which I called twice to add on games and kids.

I liked the fact that we could bring our own food, have a birthday package with a private room two pizza's unlimited drinks, plates, cups and cutlery. We were even provided with a cake cutter when I forgot mine!! Now that's some peace of mind!!

I also appreciated that I was able to book on a Tuesday for the upcoming Saturday. Ultrazone... you were a life saver!!!

I didn't need to do much only to greet the guests and enjoy the party. I was very relaxed because the staff took care of all. I for the first time enjoyed my son's party because I didn't any time feel overwhelmed.

Osvaldo was our party coordinator. He was extremely helpful. I even noted that he kept tabs on the kids whereabouts in our party. For instance, he showed a young boy where the bathroom was and then waited outside to direct him back to the party.

She did a superb job at making our situation work without a hitch. The kids loved her.

You are extrememly lucky to have someone this professional working for your company. She is very personable, and likeable. She took pride in her job, and went above and beyond to make our visit a memorable one.

I also thought that the phone calls and e-mails that I received beforehand with all the information were valuable. I did not feel over-communicated to - I thought it was great that there was a plan and that it was going to be organized and that you all knew what you were doing.

The hummer limousine option worked out very well -- the kids loved that, plus the parents did not need to drive their kids all the way to Bailey's Crossroads, which is somewhat far for us.

On Sat. my boys celebrated their birthdays at Ultrazone. Hugo was our host. I want to write to make sure his mangers know that he did a very nice job. He introduced himself to both my husband and me. He shook our hands and looked us in the eye.

He did a great job serving the boys and making the party run smoothly. He really surprised me when he served pizza and soda to me! I'm a mom of 4 and to have someone serve me just knocked my socks off!

He also helped me carry all of the gifts to the car.

I liked the party room. And the pace of the party -- pizza, then laser tag, then cake, then laser tag. Having a party person to take care of everything and do serving and coordinate was also very helpful.

She even helped carry things back out to the car once the party was done. We really did appreciate everything that she did!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave us a guided tour before we actually played and answered all of our questions. Afterwards we enjoyed several arcade games and our family's all time favorite...AIR HOCKEY!! By the time we left, we were all unanimous and couldn't wait!!

The party package was VERY affordable and takes away the stress that can some times come with planning a child's birthday party! I think I spent a total of (including 2 bags of the tokens) $150...I spent that on a clown alone for my other child's 5th birthday. This package covers all bases!

I didn't have to set up, clean up, or entertain!! The kids had PLENTY to do while we waited for our game of laser tag, our host was there every time I turned my head! He was absolutely wonderful! He passed out cake...he did everything! He was great!!
