Our party was the best!

It offered a chance for my son and his friends to run around despite the cold weather. The website was informative and helpful and the site was fairly close to where we are living.

Everything was taken care of, everyone had a great time, no stress.....

There were 4-5 birthday parties going on at the same time and the kids I brought only had an hour and a half to play three games. The staff were unbelievably kind and worked with us to quickly get the kids out of one game and into the very next - sometimes switching ticket colors very quickly to make it happen.

Ivette was a great party host.

Our party host was very nice and attentive, made sure the kids had fun. He did all the work, was even thoughtful enough to make sure the boys went to the restroom after downing a bunch of soda between games.

We had many different ages and everyone had fun.

Our party coordinator was Teresa -- she was very good at keeping a pace and working with the kids.

I enjoyed having something that really allows the parents to get down on their children's levels and have a great time.

Things I liked: low maintenance planning; attentive staff; easy to schedule; kids had fun!

It was easy. reserving online was great - the fact that it showed available time slots online is so very useful when trying to pick a date for the party. also the reservation over the phone was easy - because the website information provided what I needed to make decisions on, so when I called in to reserve the time/date I already had decided on what I wanted or not - e.g. balloons, cake, etc. -

I think our hostess was very nice -- she was attentive and kept track of the team and listened to their requests.

I liked that everything was handled and I didn't have to do much for the actual party.

Jamal was our host and he was GREAT!

Though Max is in the process of sending his own note, I wanted to let you know how much I appreciated your responsiveness and professionalism in accommodating Max on his school shadowing day. Max had a great time, Jamal was very welcoming to Max and wonderful in general.

I have to tell you that I thought a big corporation would not be so open to letting a middle schooler hang out for even a couple of hours (liability, etc) but you responded so quickly and were above and beyond helpful.

Parties are easy for the parents and fun for the kids.

Kimberly was great and so was the manager on duty- i dont know his name- but he was very attentive as well. I felt as if I had a problem- it would have been taken care of. The party was great.

I wouldn't change anything. I like how you can opt in or out of having the extras available.

I liked having a dedicated assistant to "run the show". I also liked that the party room was already stocked and prepared so that we didn't have to run to other places to get food, drinks, etc. And we didn't have to wait to get anything. The pizzas were ready immediately, the hostess brought our ice cream on time. That is very much a valuable asset for the party givers.

Everybody had fun. We didn't have to worry about cleaning up before-hand and afterwards.

Bringing 16 wild 8 year-olds and having them play in a safe environment and have so much fun was amazing! Also the unlimited drinks in the refrigerator in our party room were a very nice thing. We hadn't realized how thirsty we would get playing laser tag but we were very glad to have beverages for us and the kids. I also loved that parents of the birthday boy could play for free. My husband and I had a great time.

Unfortunately I don't remember the name of our party host but everyone at UltraZone that night was helpful, courteous, and worked together to make our party a great success.

The best thing about having a party at Ultrazone is the no worry and the kids have the ultimate fun!! I also like that I can order pizza and don't have to worry about it.

First I spoke to Alberto he was great, then I arrived and Kimberlie was great in assisting me. She was patient and was really good with helping me get tokens and order the pizza. Very good staff!!!

Stephanie was an incredible hostess. She seemed to really care that the children have a good time and commented to me several times that they were well behaved. She checked in with us constantly to make sure we were ok. She diffused potential conflicts between the kids gently.

She even at one point helped one of our Spanish-speaking guests, speaking to her in Spanish and comforting her throughout the process. Stephanie made our party "the awesomest" to quote the children.

Dimas did an excellent job as our host. I liked having a party host to help with the activities.

I LOVED the time set aside for younger players -- I don't remember what this package is called. But having my seven year old competing against kids his same age made a BIG difference. I would continue to offer the younger kid package - age limitation and shorter games - . This was GREAT for our family.

The pacing of the party worked well. The break between the first and the second game, then pizza, then clear out of the room while playing the third game. The kids also liked the taste of the pizza offered.

I liked the attentiveness of staff. It was nice to feel as though everything was taken care of.

I liked the professional staff. I was shocked at the level of service. The staff was extremely mature and professional. A HUGE relief to parents who are used to apathetic customer service at some similar venues.

Dimas was our host and I can't speak highly enough of him. I couldn't believe how mature he was and his professionalism was terrific. He was organized, polite, gracious and very concerned with providing a high level of customer service. He is a young man with a very bright future and a great face for Ultrazone.

I would highly recommend Ultrazone to my friends. As a parent, we have many choices. But I don't think there is a more carefree experience for parents at a fair price and that is due to employees like Dimas.

This is no easy feat with 25 screaming, hyper, and hungry 10 – 12 year olds, but they dealt with the kids admirably.

We are always happy with the service and facilities at Ultrazone but I think these two young people deserve to be commended.

Their patience and professionalism was impressive and I hope that they are acknowledged for it. As for our team(s) we will continue to give our patronage to Ultrazone for this all other reasons listed.

Rory (our party host) was lovely, especially with scattered arrival times of our guests. She was organized and very pleasant.

I was especially impressed with the professionalism and competence of the manager Alejandro. It was a busy hectic Saturday, yet I felt he had given me his full attention and made himself available for all our needs.

He kept us abreast of of the Ultrazone schedule as if our party was a top priority. Our servers Deisy and Lenny were very sweet and attentive as well. Everything ran so smooth.

The Customer service was EXCELLENT and I will definitly recommend Ultrazone to my friends and have future parties there as well.

I liked the fact that we could bring our own food, have a birthday package with a private room two pizza's unlimited drinks, plates, cups and cutlery. We were even provided with a cake cutter when I forgot mine!! Now that's some peace of mind!!

I liked that I didn't have to setup or clean up or coordinate anything except some calls. It was easy for me.

Our large group was contained and contented with the activities offered and the length of the party was just right. The facilities were clean and the staff was very nice.

Our hostess was really nice and helpful and it was fun for all the kids.

The hummer limousine option worked out very well -- the kids loved that, plus the parents did not need to drive their kids all the way to Bailey's Crossroads, which is somewhat far for us.

I liked that everything taken care of for us. The cake was good as well.

On Sat. my boys celebrated their birthdays at Ultrazone. Hugo was our host. I want to write to make sure his mangers know that he did a very nice job. He introduced himself to both my husband and me. He shook our hands and looked us in the eye.

He did a great job serving the boys and making the party run smoothly. He really surprised me when he served pizza and soda to me! I'm a mom of 4 and to have someone serve me just knocked my socks off!

He also helped me carry all of the gifts to the car.

The party was easy for me and fun for the kids. Our host, Hugo, was fabulous! Attentive, pleasant but not overbearing. He clearly takes his responsibilites seriously.

The kids had a great time! It was a lot of fun for all of us. Everyone was very friendly and repeatedly made sure we had everything we needed.

Our Scout Troop has enjoyed playing at the UltraZone for many years; it's an annual event.

We liked having a private party for the size of our group - 65 - . It was very well run and nice that we didn't have to do anything but show up. The staff there was super!

Sad to say, but a lot of companies don't respond to customer's emails or calls.

Thank you for offering limo service to your parties. We live about 30 minutes away without traffic and I was worried about getting any one to attend the party until I saw that you offered the limo. Problem solved and it made for a lifetime of memories for the boys to see the Hummer limo drive over to pick them up!

We had a lot of activities going on this month - It was nice to not have to do any of the "heavy lifting" for this party. Eddie had a great time, and all we had to do was supply the cake.
