Osvaldo was our party coordinator. He was extremely helpful. I even noted that he kept tabs on the kids whereabouts in our party. For instance, he showed a young boy where the bathroom was and then waited outside to direct him back to the party.

She did a superb job at making our situation work without a hitch. The kids loved her.

You are extrememly lucky to have someone this professional working for your company. She is very personable, and likeable. She took pride in her job, and went above and beyond to make our visit a memorable one.

I loved how flexible the staff were -- we ended up with about 12 more kids than we originally thought we'd have and the staff worked with us to make sure everyone played and had a great time.

Oussama was our party host. He was very conscientious and great about getting us extra chairs and then rescheduling the playing time so that all the kids could play at the same time.

They let me know what was going on and had suggestions about the timing of when I should let the kids have tokens, which was great. Overall, a great experience and if my child wants another party here, I would definitely do it again!

I also thought that the phone calls and e-mails that I received beforehand with all the information were valuable. I did not feel over-communicated to - I thought it was great that there was a plan and that it was going to be organized and that you all knew what you were doing.

Our large group was contained and contented with the activities offered and the length of the party was just right. The facilities were clean and the staff was very nice.

The hummer limousine option worked out very well -- the kids loved that, plus the parents did not need to drive their kids all the way to Bailey's Crossroads, which is somewhat far for us.

I liked that everything taken care of for us. The cake was good as well.

On Sat. my boys celebrated their birthdays at Ultrazone. Hugo was our host. I want to write to make sure his mangers know that he did a very nice job. He introduced himself to both my husband and me. He shook our hands and looked us in the eye.

He did a great job serving the boys and making the party run smoothly. He really surprised me when he served pizza and soda to me! I'm a mom of 4 and to have someone serve me just knocked my socks off!

He also helped me carry all of the gifts to the car.

The Limo service was great!

The kids had a great time! It was a lot of fun for all of us. Everyone was very friendly and repeatedly made sure we had everything we needed.

Our Scout Troop has enjoyed playing at the UltraZone for many years; it's an annual event.

We liked having a private party for the size of our group - 65 - . It was very well run and nice that we didn't have to do anything but show up. The staff there was super!

Sad to say, but a lot of companies don't respond to customer's emails or calls.

Thank you for offering limo service to your parties. We live about 30 minutes away without traffic and I was worried about getting any one to attend the party until I saw that you offered the limo. Problem solved and it made for a lifetime of memories for the boys to see the Hummer limo drive over to pick them up!

Our party was very easy and the kids had a great time.

Jamal, our party host, was very good with the kids and did a great job. Rod the manager was also attentive and helpful.

From the reservation process, Kevan was excellent explaining the party package and also overseeing that our needs were being met the day of the party. Also, Sarah, our party host was attentive and friendly. However, if I had a question, and Sarah was not in the immediate area, I'd ask a random employee who'd immediately assist me--even though the place was busy.

Our hostess was extremely attentive and did a fantastic job. The person who checked me in was also very helpful.

This was the easiest birthday party we have ever hosted.

The manager who originally booked my party was very informative, professional, provided good oversight and it seemed that all of the people worked as a team there. He also checked me in and out at the front desk.

Osvaldo was our host and was very attentive, always helpful, always wanted to do things rather than me, and a good communicator. You train people well!

Everything was taken care of, from balloons, to food, to entertainment and goody bags.

Our hostess was awesome! Having her there was just like having a helpful family memeber present to coordinate things and serve food. When she offered to write down the list of party gifts and senders, I was blown away! She was over-the-top helpful and it was much appreciated.

Ultrazone took care of everything... All we needed to do was show up!

It was fun, and the cake was super-delicious, not the typical kid bday cake that you don't want to bother eating.

Annie was truly outstanding -- I can't imagine a better helper. She volunteered to do all kinds of little things to make the experience better for us. She did everything at a competence level far above her peers.

The fact that I didn't clean up is good. I didn't have to follow the kids around and tell them what to do. It's also a different kind of entertainment for them. Kids and adults can participate.

I didn't have to do anything except to send out invitations and arrive on time. And our host was wonderful.

Everything is coordinated and the event is less work on the organizer. The laser tag is always a lot of fun.

The kids had fun. There were a lot - 29 - of them. They enjoyed the pizza and soda. They loved the first game of laser tag. They ate cake and then went back for the second game. It was a perfect sequence of events to keep them going.

Everyone last night was wonderful. We all enjoyed everyone there and really appreciate their help! Please let them know it was wonderful.

The kids loved the laser tag games. The new equipment was very good, and the kids had a very good time in the game.

Ultrazone takes care of everything! Host talks to children organizes, serves drinks pizza, etc.

Jisaldo was very helpful and pleasant. It was very nice to talk with him.

It's easy for the parents. Just show up and pay. The kids love it, too, especially the new lasers.

There was also an exceptionally good young man who gave the instructions for the game that started just after 2 pm on Sun. 10/19. Good people skills and attitude in general, and effective performance on his part.

Everything was so well organized -- you make it very easy for the parents to throw a great party and have fun, too.

I can't remember our party host's name, but she was terrific. So helpful, so nice, so willing to do everything for us. She was petite with blond hair.

I liked the friendliness of the staff and the great fun the kids had - I had a party of girls and they LOVED IT - . I also appreciated that the adults could also play. I had as much fun as the girls. They all said, it was the best party ever, and after the first game, they couldn't stop talking about it.

Our hostess was kind and polite and made the experience pleasant. Her name was Kiana.

I would definitely recommend this place and will definitely add it on our list of things to do along with skating, bowling, swimming, biking. It was a GREAT time!!

Alex was great on the phone when I initially made the reservation. He was polite, personable and easy to talk to. I had a lot of questions, and he was very patient and answered all of them.

When we arrived at Ultrazone, our hostess, Annie, was excellent. She was very friendly and willing to help make our experience an enjoyable one. I think I had a tendancy to do too much (help serve the food and drinks), but Annie kept reminding me that she was willing to do all of it. She even helped carry things back out to the car once the party was done. We really did appreciate everything that she did!

We will be back again at some point in the future to play laser tag. Thanks for making it such a great experience. Joshua and all of his friends had a blast!

The staff was very helpful and friendly, they gave us a guided tour before we actually played and answered all of our questions. Afterwards we enjoyed several arcade games and our family's all time favorite...AIR HOCKEY!! By the time we left, we were all unanimous and couldn't wait!!

The party package was VERY affordable and takes away the stress that can some times come with planning a child's birthday party! I think I spent a total of (including 2 bags of the tokens) $150...I spent that on a clown alone for my other child's 5th birthday. This package covers all bases!

I didn't have to set up, clean up, or entertain!! The kids had PLENTY to do while we waited for our game of laser tag, our host was there every time I turned my head! He was absolutely wonderful! He passed out cake...he did everything! He was great!!

I would just like to thank UltraZone and ALL of their staff for making my son's birthday so memorable!! All of the children (and adults! HA!) had a great time and I look forward to visiting again!
